Refund Policy

At Sanyogam, we value every single contribution made towards our mission of service, dignity, and healing. Your donation is a direct support to the lives we serve — from children’s nutrition to emergency aid, spiritual therapy to shelter.

As a non-profit organization working on-ground, we maintain strict transparency in fund utilization. However, we do recognize the importance of clarity around refund requests.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to SANYOGAM BY BBJ HOPE FOUNDATION through any online or offline channel are non-refundable, except in genuine cases of error, duplicate transactions, or unauthorized payment.

2. Refunds Are Considered Under the Following Conditions:

Duplicate Transaction
If a donor makes more than one payment for the same purpose or amount.
Technical Error
If a payment was processed incorrectly due to a server or gateway issue.
Unauthorized Use of Card/Bank Details
If the donor notifies us within 7 working days of the unauthorized transaction.

In such cases, the donor must share:

Transaction ID(s)
Date and amount of payment
Proof of excess/duplicate/unauthorized transaction
Name and contact details used during donation

3. Processing Time for Refunds

Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. It will be credited to the original source of payment.

4. No Refunds for Event Registrations or In-kind Support

Any contribution made toward free classes, prayer events, langars, or in-kind services (like yoga training, thali seva, spiritual camps) will not be eligible for refund, as logistical arrangements begin soon after your registration.

5. Tax Exemption Impact

In case a refund is processed for a donation that had already been issued an 80G tax exemption certificate, the donor must return the original certificate or declare it void.
